Terms of Service
These terms outline how VidBud accounts, subscriptions and AI credits work.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your VidBud account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Subscriptions and credits
Plans renew monthly and include monthly AI credits that do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits roll over while your account remains active.
Intellectual property and content you provide
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You may only upload, link to, reference or generate material for which you own the rights or hold all necessary licenses, permissions and consents — including product photos, videos, logos, brand assets, reference creative and photographs of people. You confirm this before VidBud processes an upload, and that confirmation is recorded with your account. You are responsible for ensuring your use of VidBud and of the creative it generates is lawful in your market.
Acceptable use
Creative produced with VidBud must comply with the advertising policies of the platforms you publish on and with applicable law. You must not use VidBud for: copyright infringement; trademark infringement; copying or reproducing another advertiser's advertisement; unauthorized use of third-party creative assets; unauthorized use of logos or brand assets; unauthorized use of a person's likeness; face swaps or deepfakes intended to impersonate a real person; voice impersonation or voice cloning without authorization; or any deceptive impersonation of a person, brand or organisation. You must not present an AI-generated person as a real customer, expert, employee or spokesperson unless you are authorized to do so.
Reference analysis and original output
VidBud analyzes creative patterns and generates original content. It does not reproduce or redistribute third-party advertisements. Reference analysis produces an abstract read of creative characteristics such as hook structure, pacing, shot types, framing and messaging approach, and that read is used to write an original concept for your own product and brand. VidBud claims no affiliation with any third-party brand referenced by a customer.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts, and remove or refuse to process content, that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, uses a person's likeness without permission, or otherwise violates these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves and will publish the current version on this page.
