Refund Policy
Refund handling for trials, subscriptions and AI credit top-ups.
The $5 trial
The trial is a one-time charge that unlocks trial credits. Once trial credits are used it is non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Partial months are not refunded once monthly credits have been issued.
Credit top-ups
Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable.
