Affiliate Program Terms
How the VidBud Affiliate Program works and what is not allowed.
Last updated: 28 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-28
The program
The VidBud Affiliate Program lets approved affiliates earn commission on qualifying referred customers. Applications are reviewed manually and approval is at VidBud's discretion. Commission rates, tiers and qualification rules are those published in the program and in your affiliate dashboard.
Acceptance
By applying to, joining or participating in the program you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms, and to the VidBud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We record which version of these terms you accepted and when.
Self-referrals
Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases, subscriptions, credit purchases or other transactions. Creating or using another account, email address, identity, payment method, business account or other means for the purpose of generating affiliate commission from the affiliate's own purchase is a prohibited self-referral.
Changing the email address does not make a self-purchase an eligible referral.
Commission eligibility
Commissions resulting from any of the following may be ineligible, withheld, reversed, cancelled or recovered as appropriate:
- self-referrals
- duplicate accounts
- fraudulent referrals
- artificial transactions
- collusion
- tracking manipulation
- refunded transactions
- chargebacks
- payment fraud
We do not treat customers as fraudulent merely because they share an IP address, network or device. Fraud decisions consider multiple signals and the available evidence, and we will ask for clarification where reasonable.
Promotion rules
Affiliates must not promote VidBud using:
- spam or unsolicited bulk email
- misleading advertising or false claims about VidBud
- false earnings or results claims
- impersonation of VidBud, its staff or other brands
- cookie stuffing
- fake accounts or fraudulent traffic
- tracking manipulation or deceptive redirects
- other intentionally manipulative referral practices
Disclosure and accurate representation
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law or platform policy, and must represent VidBud accurately. Affiliates may not claim guaranteed income, commissions, sales, conversions or business results from participating in the program or from using VidBud.
Payouts
Commissions become payable according to the published qualification and payout rules. Acceptance of the current version of these terms is required for future payout eligibility. Earned commission records already in your account are preserved.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page; material changes may require acceptance before further affiliate actions. Either party may end participation in the program at any time. We may suspend or remove an affiliate for breach of these terms.
